Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use LarpLabs. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

Don't use LarpLabs to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, or generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to mislead consumers in a way that would harm them.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal — changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of the data, prompts, and configurations you submit. You grant LarpLabs a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and roll out updates that briefly affect availability. Where applicable, our SLA is published in our enterprise agreements.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we'll provide a reasonable window for you to export your data.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LarpLabs disclaims implied warranties and limits aggregate liability to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We'll notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
